Yes, our housekeepers will be able to understand and communicate in basic English.
Clients are expected to provide their own basic cleaning tools and chemicals. Eg. Mop, Broom, Cleaning chemicals, cleaning cloth.
However, special requests can be made for our housekeepers to bring tools that clients may not have, subject to availability
Yes, all of our housekeepers will undergo training before they are sent to work at various job sites. newly on-boarded employees will observe and learn from more experienced housekeepers before they are officially assigned to their tasks/ job sites.
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any services. However, the rescheduling of service is still subject to our discretion. Failure to comply with the 48 hours of notice may result in a late notice fee of $50. Exceptions are to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, you may request for a specific housekeeper, but it is subject to availability.
All our housekeepers have specific schedules to follow and may not be free when requested.
However, we will try our best to accommodate to our clients' requests.
Preferably once to twice a week, depending on the size of your household.
Our housekeepers are expected to do everything listed in our Service Agreement. The details of the Service Agreement will be discussed and signed by clients before the start of our service.
